I’m not going to lie. While I keep seeing people trying to make fall happen, it simply has not arrived. NYC has experienced a few days where the weather was much more tolerable and it felt like fall was knocking at our doors, but today it went over 90 degrees fahrenheit. I will tell you one of the hardest things for me being 8 months pregnant has been the heat. I overheat so easily it baffles my mind especially since I live in Florida for most of the year and it’s always hot there! But, alas, this is pregnancy!
So all of the warm weather talk aside, I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of fall. I yearn to have the weather be a bit cooler and be able to step outside and not break into a sweat. I’m pretending that I’ll take long walks in Central Park, but in actuality I get winded much more easily so I’ll probably just sit on park benches. Still, what feels more appropriate for fall than the perfect coat and bag combo?

Theory Oaklane Trench Coat in Pink Willow
$795 via Neiman Marcus
I don’t own a pink coat but I found the perfect pink coat and I seriously want to buy it and just wear it open, because there is no chance my belly will allow me to close this around my body. The Theory Oaklane Trench Coat in Pink Willow is simply dreamy and looks like the coziest and prettiest piece of outerwear I’ve laid my eyes on recently. One thing I love about this coat is that while it’s pink, it’s not bubblegum pink, it’s this muted hue that combines mauve and pink into a color that delights. I can see this flattering pretty much everyone and the wool and cashmere blend looks so cozy. The price isn’t insane, and if I were a tad more insane myself right now I’d buy this and just walk around with it open all fall and love it just the same. Buy via Neiman Marcus for $795.

Bottega Veneta Snakeskin Zip Around Bag
$5,400 via Neiman Marcus
Cartier’s staff in La Chaux-de-Fonds developed a new caliber for this specific model, the automated 1904-LU MC. It really is based mostly on their 1904MC caliber, ticking at 28.800Hz and features a 48-hour electrical power reserve. Only the word ‘AUTOMATIC’, written to the guilloché dial belongs within the user guide as an alternative of on the dial in my opinion. The Cartier Drive Moon phase comes in pink gold and in steel.
This way, when you’re behind the steering wheel, the dial will always be in front of the eyes. The deployant buckle plays a very significant purpose during the way the observe sits over the wrist because the deployant is immediately attached on the case. So it will be positioned beneath the wrist, like every other watch and keeps the observe within the side of your wrist.
So clearly I’m all about pink right now (again, I blame it on the fact that I’m having a little girl soon!), but this bag is too sweet to pass up. I just played with some Bottega Veneta bags recently and was reminded of my love for the brand. The quality and craftsmanship is always worth noting and when it comes to designer handbags, you’ll have a hard time finding complaints about Bottega Veneta‘s meticulous attention to detail. I saw a similar version of this bag in leather but I’m highly intrigued by the Bottega Veneta Snakeskin Small Zip-Around Crossbody Bag. The light pink blends with the grey on the snakeskin really nicely and I’m smitten with this bag. Snakeskin is fairly durable so I like this lighter hue with this material. There are two long chain shoulder straps and the interior is compact but large enough for your daily necessities. It’s feminine in all the right ways and I adore it. Buy via Neiman Marcus for $5,400.
